Warren Daniel Zaffuto

Warren Daniel Zaffuto represents clients in business and corporate law matters, including complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, litigation and injunction proceedings involving unfair trade practices, noncompetition agreements/restrictive covenants, and misappropriation of trade secrets, and general business litigation matters. He also works on matters involving employment-related tort claims, banking-related litigation, consumer litigation, and real estate litigation. Mr. Zaffuto manages cases in both state and federal courts, and handles all phases of litigation, including discovery, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals. He also routinely works with directors, managers and executive officers of corporate clients to assess strategy in litigation and/or business transactions.

Mr. Zaffuto is a 2000 cum laude graduate of Tulane Law School, where he was a Member and Articles Editor of the Tulane Law Review, and is a graduate of Tulane University, Paul Tulane College.
