Andrés F. Rey

Andrés F. Rey is an international litigation and arbitration attorney at Osorio Internacional. He is bilingual (English-Spanish) and a native Miamian of Panamanian and Cuban descent. He spends much of his time litigating and arbitrating complex international commercial disputes in varied industries for high net-worth Latin American and European clients.

He received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and Bachelors of Science from Florida State University. While in law school, Mr. Rey was a law clerk at a criminal law firm assisting in criminal defense matters and was a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.

Prior to joining Osorio Internacional, Mr. Rey practiced at an international business and litigation law firm where he represented high net-worth individuals and businesses in civil and commercial matters in state and federal court, such as complex business litigation, contract disputes, employer and employee litigation, and partnership disputes. Mr. Rey was also an associate at an insurance defense firm practicing in the areas of civil litigation, premises liability, transportation law, and automobile negligence. He has substantial commercial litigation experience.

Mr. Rey was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2015 and has privileges before the U.S District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
