JAVIER MANSTRETTA CARDOZO, graduated from Universidad del Zulia of Venezuela, in 1994. He is a postgraduate university professor in labor law, arbitrator of the Maracaibo Chamber of Commerce, in Zulia State, Venezuela, specialist in national and international arbitrations related to Treaties for the Protection of Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade before the Venezuelan Chambers of Commerce and the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the World Bank with headquarters in Washington, United States of America.

He is a corporate attorney for Venezuelan and foreign companies of the oil, shrimp and shipping sectors. He has worked as a consultant and advisor for international corporations related to energy and oil in concession and contract negotiations in Venezuela. Since 2012, he has been the director and major partner of Manstretta & Asociados S.C. law firm, located at Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela, which dedicates to corporate legal assistance and litigation. Chief director of the Kleeber Resources international law firm, which provides consulting services on matters related to the protection of foreign investment in Latin America and the design of legal financial structures for groups of family businesses.
